ORSZ is a well-evidenced intervention, even if the evidence for free door-to-door distribution increasing coverage is limited to one RCT. Clear Solutions is already layering their intervention onto an existing commodity distribution in Chad, and could grow extremely rapidly if they can find partners, secure their supply chain and develop replicable training materials. The biggest caveat is whether they can execute better than their competition (CHAI, New Incentives, Dimagi) by being a single-issue organization.

Clear Solutions is focused on preventing child mortality due to diarrhoeal disease in Nigeria and Chad, by delivering oral rehydration solution (ORS) and zinc directly to households.
The programme intends to expand coverage across high-burden states, integrate ORS + zinc with routine immunisation touchpoints, and strengthen last-mile supply chains.
